Have stayed at this motel 5 times 4 of the stays were for 1 night only this time was for 3 nights. Every stay has been great. One of my stays was in the spa room and the only complaint is that the back was missing on the TV remote an channels were had to change. On that same stay I did not no it but had left a ring in the room. Housekeeping found it, turned it in an the manager called me to see if I could identify a ring that had been found. I did an the ring was returned to me. I have found all staff to be friendly and helpful an my stays have all been great, rooms clean an all appliances in good working condition. It is located near restaurants and shopping centers all within walking distance. I would and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Monroe area.

Was a bit dubious due to other comments I read, but absolutely loved my stay. Friendly staff went out of their way to help make my stay more comfortable. Only tried the room with double beds, but they say the suites feature a hot tub. Decor is not what you'd expect, like from a "normal" chain of hotels, but has a beautiful Central Asian color scheme and style choice. If possible, I will try and go out of my way to stay here again, 30 mins from Athens, but when a game comes they only go up on rates a few $. Totally worth the stay, you won't regret it.

The staff members were very courteous and helpful!!! I was allowed to see the room before I checked in. Yes, an older hotel but my room was very clean!!! I always check for bedbugs in hotel rooms. I didn’t see anything crawling or any stains. I will definitely stay again. GREAT NIGHT SLEEP!!!!!

We enjoyed our recent stay at Haven Inn. Hotel was very clean. The staff was so accommodating and kind. John was helpful. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Monroe.

very good family rooms, free wifi, it’s convenient for all food, even if you need to walk, hot tubs, my kids and i were homeless and the staff john, galenda and one other woman always helped me and my boys get to our rooms safely. they always looked out for us and as a single mother that meant more than the world to me. they went above and beyond for me and my two children. down to getting to our rooms safely and making sure there was never any funny business, which isn’t typical here because they make sure of it. very loved hotel.

Very decent for the price. Clean rooms and great service. You can even get a smoking room and that's unheard of.

Wonderful experience. Mr. John went above and beyond helping with a hot water issue I had. Very pleasant, professional & cares tremendously for the customers. Hotel is undergoing renovations now. Quiet & very clean. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms were very clean and put together. It looke well taken care of in the main lobby. I had a good feeling of security when i was staying there and had no trouble falling asleep. John was amazing in making sure our stay was amazing and was very communicative the whole time!

Wanted to stay somewhere safe since I had my family. All rooms are inside building and side doors remained locked at all times. I was very pleased to see the staff checking the halls and parking lots for non-guest. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will return. Thank you staff for a pleasant visit.
